Terms and conditions:

Cancellation of a booking is required no less than 7 days before the date of collection for a refund (minus £25 consultation fee). Notice of any less will result in the full hire amount being charged. Once a hat has been posted/ collected, it is considered a hire even if not worn and there will be no refund.

When collection or returning, please come between the hours of 12-4pm or 6-8pm to the hat shop, where your hat will be in a named box. Please do not drive through the yard but use the car park at the top as you enter and walk down, making yourself aware of any horses, dogs and vehicles.

If hiring by post you MUST be present when the postman tries to deliver - if it doesn’t arrive on time due to a missed delivery (including if the postman doesn’t leave a card), it is your responsibility to locate the hat, (tracking numbers are available upon request).

Hats must be posted back securely and insured to the value stated on the contract. Hats are your responsibility until they are returned safely to the shop.
